Products and Pricing

All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders resulting from such errors.

 

Custom Orders

Custom apparel, team uniforms, embroidered products, and personalized items require customer approval before production begins.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving:

• Artwork

• Logos

• Colors

• Names

• Numbers

• Sizes

• Quantities

Once approved and production has begun, custom orders cannot be modified or canceled.

 

Intellectual Property

Customers submitting logos, artwork, or trademarks represent that they have the legal right to use such materials.

 

Limitation of Liability

Branded South LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

 

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by applicable laws of the United States and the state in which Branded South LLC operates.
